Video Presentation Guidelines (DUE: May 22, 2020)All accepted abstracts and papers are presented as 5 minute (pre-recorded) video presentations on twitter. To prepare your video presentations, please follow ACM's guidelines. Ten simple rules for short and swift presentations can also be helpful. Since ISBCS is all about building a community, it would be nice if you could add the photos of all authors and their contact information in the last slide of your presentation. We recommend the video files to be in .mp4 format. Please name your video file as "firstauthorname_submissiondate.mp4" (e.g., smith_1_28.mp4), and email to isbcs2020.bilkent [at] gmail [dot] com. Since there will be discussions on twitter, we ask at least one person from each abstract/paper to have a twitter account so that we can tag you in the video post on the virtual symposium day. Please in your email, also send us the twitter accounts of the people in your study. |
